- OCCUPANCY: The highest priority in our service to you. We are well experienced in establishing values in maximizing the marketing of your property through advertising. Before signing on a new tenant, we screen all prospects, including a credit report, criminal report, verification of tenancy and verification of employment.
- ACCOUNTABILITY: We are thorough and experienced in hiring resident managers, who are trained and supervised through our office. All contractors approved by P.R.I.M.E. are licensed, bonded and insured.
- SITE INSPECTION: Each property managed by P.R.I.M.E. is routinely inspected on a regular basis.
- BIDS: P.R.I.M.E. oversees from start to finish all contracted work and supervises all service and maintenance contractors. Before any contracts are entered into, bids are obtained to assure good quality and price.

ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR APARTMENTS/SINGLE FAMILY
CHECK WRITING: P.R.I.M.E. monitors and pays mortgages, taxes, insurance, payroll, and monthly bills.
COLLECTIONS: We process rents, security and damage deposits, cleaning fees, pet fees and any other applicable fees. We process 3-day notices and evictions as necessary.
RENT INCREASES: Based upon our market surveys, we periodically recommend and implement rent increases when appropriate.
MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT: Our timely reports reflect information on accounts receivable, accounts payable, original paid invoices (as attachments), and year-to-date totals.
