PRM was started in 2009 by Debbie Carter, President of P.R.I.M.E., to fa cilitate small scale maintenance needs for a less costly hourly rate than standard contractor fees.
REM CONSTRUCTION, Inc.
REM is an independent contractor who is on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week – including weekends and holidays. This service is provided to assist owners in emergency situations. P.R.I.M.E. has been contracting with REM Construction for maintenance services since 1995.
